The Bank of Punjab, headquartered in Lahore, Punjab, invites competitive bids for the procurement of Micro Segmentation solution for its Disaster Recovery facility. The tender covers supply, delivery, installation and three years of warranty support for network micro segmentation technology. The estimated contract value is Rs. 110,000,000 (approximately USD equivalent). This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process conducted in compliance with PPRA rules, with technical and financial bids evaluated separately. Delivery must be completed within 8 to 12 weeks of purchase order issuance at designated Bank locations across Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must submit a 2% bid security of the estimated cost (Rs. 110,000,000) via 1Link or Bank Guarantee through the e-Procurement Portal using the generated PSID number. All prices must be quoted in USD and include all applicable taxes such as GST and income tax; bids without tax clarification will be rejected as non-responsive. The bidder must provide complete technical specifications, delivery and installation details, and warranty support documentation. Bid documents are available free of charge from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).
Bids must be submitted on or before 30th September 2026 by 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening on the same date at 11:30 AM via the e-Procurement Portal. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date. Successful bidders must deposit a Performance Guarantee and sign the purchase order within the stipulated timeframe. Late delivery will incur a penalty of 0.15% of bid value per day. Payment will be made in PKR after complete delivery, with the 2% bid security retained throughout the three-year warranty period. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all government clearances, import approvals and tax registrations.
