Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Model College for Boys under the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) is inviting prequalification applications for a Closed Framework Agreement for the on-demand supply of stationary items. The framework agreement, referenced as FFW10030, will be funded from Non-ADP resources and is designed to facilitate regular procurement of stationery supplies through subsequent call-off contracts over a nine-month contract period. This is a national-level procurement open to all eligible domestic suppliers, with the framework agreement expected to be signed by Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
Eligibility is restricted to National Applicants who must satisfy the qualification criteria outlined in the prequalification documents. Interested bidders are required to meet all specified eligibility and qualification requirements before being considered for the framework agreement. The prequalification process ensures that only capable and compliant suppliers participate in subsequent call-off procurement proceedings. Bidders must obtain complete prequalification documents through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0).
