Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University, Islamabad (Wah Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of printing of examination sheets and printing material for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is open to all registered bidders on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). The university has reserved funds under its FY 2026-27 budget to cover eligible payments under this contract. The scope encompasses the supply of examination sheets and related printing materials required for the university's academic operations at its Wah Campus located in Rawalpindi, Punjab. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement process using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. The eligibility and evaluation criteria are detailed in the standard bidding document, which contains comprehensive terms, conditions, and specifications for the printing materials and services required.
E-bidding documents are available on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/85531 for all interested registered bidders. Sealed e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
