Description / Scope of Work
Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences) Peshawar invites sealed bids from well-established IT firms and companies for the supply and installation of IT equipment. The procurement is being conducted through the EPADS (e-procurement) platform. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue Islamabad in the relevant business category and must be authorized dealers in Pakistan offering local warranties wherever applicable. An earnest money deposit of 2 percent of the total bid cost is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Draft payable to Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar. Sealed bids must be submitted through EPADS by 11:00 AM on August 28, 2026.
Tender documents are available from EPADS. Sealed bids should be submitted on EPADS latest by 11:00 AM, August 28, 2026, with the earnest money deposit. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on August 28, 2026 in the Conference Room of Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar in the presence of interested bidders. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:30 AM on August 21, 2026 in the conference room of the Institute.
