Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan invites sealed bids from well-reputed and registered firms for the provision and installation of miscellaneous items for a video conference room. The estimated contract value is Rs. 4.95 million. This is a single-stage, two-envelope procurement conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids are invited from certified dealers and distributors of reputable manufacturers, with preference for indigenous or Pakistani company products. The tender follows the standard E-PADS portal submission process with hard copy submission to the procuring agency.
Eligible bidders must be certified dealers or distributors of well-reputed manufacturers, with preference given to indigenous and Pakistani company products. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a Demand Draft or CDR in favor of the Treasurer, or deposit funds into the university account number 0010044238650022 at Allied Bank, Azmat Road Branch, D.G. Khan. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and provide copies of NTN and GST certificates along with their proposals.
Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Director of Purchase and Store or downloaded from the university website www.gudgk.edu.pk. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal with hard copies delivered separately to the procuring agency on or before 27 August 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bid opening will commence at 10:30 AM on the same date. Price validity must be maintained for a minimum of 90 days from the tender opening date.
