Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Shujabad, located in Punjab province, invites electronic bids from qualified firms and companies engaged in trading for the award of contracts through a single-stage, single-envelope e-procurement process. Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including PEC license, Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The complete electronic bids must be submitted online via the e-Procurement System (ePADS) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk with submission deadline on 26 August 2026 at 01:00 PM and bid opening at 02:00 PM on the same date.
All e-bids must be accompanied by bid security of the estimated price in the name of "MO(Infrastructure) Municipal Committee Shujabad" in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. Original bid security instruments must be physically submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title before the e-bid submission deadline. Late e-bids shall be rejected. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline as the municipality shall not be held responsible for any technical issues with the ePADS portal.
Bidding documents are immediately available after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. In case of official holiday on submission day, the next business day shall be treated as the closing date.
