Description / Scope of Work
The Avionics Production Factory (APF), Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra is inviting sealed tenders for the purchase of chemicals and consumables for avionics systems under three separate tender references. The procurement comprises two units of chemical for avionics system, seven units of consumable for avionics system, and four units of spare and consumable for avionics system. All items are to be delivered on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Kamra basis, with delivery scheduled until May 2027 following contract signature. The tender is open to sales tax registered suppliers currently listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, preferably registered with the PAC Board.
Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with FBR and preferably with PAC Board. Bidders must submit earnest money equivalent to five percent of the quoted value through bank draft in favour of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi along with technical quotations in separate sealed envelopes. A Treasury Challan Form F-32A of Rs 200.00 must accompany all offers, obtained from SBP or Government Treasury under Departmental Receipt Major Head 1221000. All quotations must be original and received by 1130 hours on 31 August 2026 at the factory Guard Room; tender opening will occur at 1200 hours on the same date. Performance bank guarantee of ten percent of contract value must be provided within thirty days of contract signature.
Bidders should submit separate technical and commercial quotations containing all relevant specifications, literature, and brochures. Quoted prices must be inclusive of all government taxes and consistent with current local or international market rates. Technical data sheets and country of manufacture information are mandatory.
