Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC), Kamra invites sealed tenders for the procurement of spares for repair of avionic systems on FOB basis. The tender comprises 23 line items and is issued by the Directorate of Central Procurement. This is a specialized procurement for aviation maintenance and support operations at PAC's facility in Punjab. Interested suppliers must obtain the Invitation to Bid (ITB) document by submitting required documentation to the Directorate of Central Procurement.
Eligible firms must be registered or in the process of registration with relevant authorities. Bidders are required to submit a formal request on company letterhead signed by authorized signatory, copies of NTN, ATL and STRN registration documents, a Non-Disclosure Agreement on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100, and documentary evidence of company registration status. Firms whose registration is under process may submit correspondence with the registration section, while unregistered firms may provide confirmation of initiated registration. Only firms who receive ITB documents directly from the Directorate may participate; quotations from unauthorized firms will not be entertained and disciplinary action will be initiated.
Bid documents may be obtained by hand or email from the Directorate of Central Procurement, PAC Kamra at telephone 051-9099-2534 or adcppre2@pac.org.pk. Soft copies may be sent via email for timely receipt, followed by hard copies through registered mail or in-person submission. All required documents must be submitted in hard copy duly signed by authorized signatory. Tenders must be submitted before 1030 hours on 27 October 2026. Past performance of firms will be evaluated in bid assessment. Bidders must sign a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement protecting all confidential information, technical files, designs, specifications, and business information shared during the procurement process.
