Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) Kamra, through its Directorate of Central Procurement, invites sealed tenders for the procurement of artifact for SAC. This tender comprises three line items and operates on a FOR (Free on Rail) basis. The invitation to bid document can be obtained from the Directorate of Central Procurement at PAC Kamra, located in Punjab province, either by hand or via email at adcppre2@pac.org.pk after submission of required qualifying documents and proof of firm registration.
Eligible firms must be registered with relevant authorities and must provide certified copies of their NTN (National Tax Number), ATL (Active Taxpayer List) and STRN (Sales Tax Registration Number) certificates. A Non-Disclosure Agreement on Judicial Stamp Paper valued at Rs. 100 is mandatory. Documentary evidence of company registration is required; firms with registration in process must provide correspondence with the registration section, while unregistered firms must confirm they have initiated the registration process. Past performance of bidding firms will be considered as part of the evaluation criteria.
Tender documents must be submitted in hard copy format duly signed by an authorized signatory, though soft copies may be emailed first for timely processing. All documents must be submitted before 10:30 hours on 13 October 2026. Firms are strictly prohibited from transferring tender documents or any related information to other firms or third parties. Only firms issued documents directly by the Directorate of Central Procurement are eligible to participate; quotations from unauthorized firms will be rejected and disciplinary action initiated.
