For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
The Navy is procuring 37,100 cubic meters of technical-grade acetylene in returnable cylinders over what appears to be a contract period with recurring delivery, rental, and ancillary charges.
Suppliers must be equipped to handle cylinder logistics, valve replacement, and acetone maintenance. The specification is rigid (CGA G-1.1 Grade C, 98% purity) with mandatory lab certification and OEM conformance. The closing date is tight and submission format is stringent; non-compliance with envelope and documentation structure results in automatic rejection.
Who can bid: Typically, suppliers of industrial gases must hold SECP registration, valid NTN, and relevant sector credentials from authorities such as OGRA or the relevant provincial industrial safety board. The notice does not explicitly state licensing requirements but implies established supply capability with certified purity testing and OEM relationships.
