Description / Scope of Work
The Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC), a project implementation unit under the Ministry of Industries and Production, Government of Pakistan, is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of machinery and equipment. This tender, referenced as TUSDEC/TU/GNSPAIT-28 with EPADS Reference P84316, is funded under FY 2026-27 budgetary allocations and aims to procure eligible machinery and equipment to support TUSDEC's operational requirements in Punjab. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) methodology in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and all applicable regulations, with detailed specifications and requirements available on the EPADS v2.0 portal.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security as described in the bidding documents. Prospective bidders are required to obtain and review the complete bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements from the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal-procurements. The Public Procurement Rules 2004 Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) notification is also available on the procuring agency's website.
Bids must be prepared and submitted in strict accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents and uploaded to EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will take place using EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 are required to register themselves on the portal prior to submission.
