Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for annual maintenance and repair work at its campus located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The estimated cost of the work is PKR 14.50 million, and bids are being invited through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014. This is a recurring annual maintenance contract covering general upkeep and repair services at the institute's facilities in Hayatabad, Peshawar.
Eligible bidders must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above, valid registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and registration with the Federal Board of Revenue in both STRN and NTN. Bids must be accompanied by earnest money of 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a bank draft or call deposit payable to IMSciences, Peshawar. Additional security may be required as per KP-PRA Notification No. S.R.O (14)/Vol: 1-24/2021-22 dated 10 May 2022. The bidding procedure follows a single stage, single envelope system.
Tender documents containing detailed bidding procedures, terms, conditions and scope of work are available through the e-PADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS no later than 28 August 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM. The time limit for completion is as specified in the work order. Incomplete, disfigured, overwritten, conditional or late bids will be rejected.
