Description / Scope of Work
The University of Education, Lahore invites tenders for four separate engineering works at its Township Campus in Lahore, Punjab, with an aggregate estimated cost of Rs. 4,583,725. The four lots comprise renovation of the Day Care Center (Rs. 1,328,239), construction of a Security Check Post for the Foreign Faculty Hostel (Rs. 1,154,306), construction of a Toilet Facility for the Syndicate Meeting Room in the New Academic Block (Rs. 1,013,202), and revamping of the Kitchen and Bath in the DOE Building (Rs. 1,087,978). All works are located at UE Township Campus Lahore and are to be executed through item-rate tenders in accordance with PPRA rules and the Punjab E-Procurement system. Tender reference is Tender No. 1 FY (2026-27).
Eligible contractors and engineering firms must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with relevant codes CE-10 and EE-11. All participants must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System for each lot. Submission of false information or fake documents will result in immediate disqualification, blacklisting, and referral to PPRA and PEC for further action.
All E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Tender documents can be obtained and bids must be uploaded on the PPRA Punjab portal. The tender opening will take place on 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Admin Block II Meeting Room, where all bids will be retrieved and rates announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
