Public Health Engineering Division, District Bajaur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids through the ePADS e-procurement system for construction, rehabilitation and annual maintenance works on water supply schemes and drinking water supply systems in newly merged districts of Bajaur. The tender covers seven distinct contracts ranging from 0.808 to 4.00 million rupees in estimated cost, including construction rehabilitation of DWSS at Gulo Kass, Zamindaro, and DWSS Khubacha Chini Vitago Zorichanbandi, plus annual maintenance and repair services for existing water supply schemes across PHE Sub Divisions Khar and Nawagal during the financial year 2026-27. All works fall within Bajaur district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in required category codes, maintain valid renewal status with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA), possess Federal Board of Revenue active status, hold valid NTN status, and carry current electric inspector licenses where applicable for water supply work. Bid security ranging from 18,000 to 84,000 rupees must be submitted as call deposit before closing date, with additional security at 2 percent of estimated cost if quoted rates exceed engineer's estimate by more than 20 percent, as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O. (14)/Vol: 1-24/2021- 22/6058-71.
Bid Solicitation Documents are available for download from ePADS portal and from the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Bajaur on any working day. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 26 August 2026 at 12:00 PM in the office of the undersigned. Sealed bids must reach the office by 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with public opening on the same day at 12:00 PM. Bidders must submit workshop verification certificates, performance certificates from previous PHE Division work, and detailed skilled labour information. Contractors must commit to prioritizing public interest and providing affidavits on stamp paper attested by oath commissioner.
