Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School (KPFS), Abbottabad, invites electronic tenders under the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules for seven packages of work related to the upgradation of forest development training facilities and rehabilitation infrastructure. The packages comprise instructors and trainees facilities, trainee sanitation and community facilities works, fire-safety and infrastructure works, facilities for visiting trainers and officials residential facilities, sports and physical training rehabilitation and upgradation, rehabilitation and renovation of trainees hostels, and administrative, residential, common-facility and security works. The total estimated cost for all packages is Rs. 124.09 million. The project is financed from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Development Fund (KDF) and will enhance training capacity and living conditions at the forest school located in Abbottabad, KPK.
Prospective bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant cost limits and codes for each package. Interested firms and contractors should register themselves on the EPADS portal. Bid security shall be furnished by Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, excluding microfinance and non-bank financial institutions, in favor of the Principal, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School, Abbottabad. Bidders must provide copies of firm registration certificates, PEC License, CNIC, active tax registration status with relevant authorities, and No Litigation / Non-Blacklisting Affidavit with their submissions.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (https://bo.eprocure.gov.pk) after the NIT publication. The last date and time for electronic tender submission is 1st September 2025 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Principal. Bids will be evaluated on the Above / Below / At Par System based on the Market Rate System (MRS-2025 1st Biannual). Electronic bid solicitation documents and additional documents must be submitted through EPADS, while original bid security and affidavits must be submitted in hard copy in sealed envelopes to the procuring entity's office through registered courier before the closing date.
