Description / Scope of Work
The Pak Secretariat, Islamabad is conducting an open electronic public auction of various computer-related items on 09 September 2026 at 11:00 AM through ePADS 2.0 platform. The items for auction include computers, monitors, UPS units, towers, thin clients, keyboards, mouse and other computer peripherals currently held at the Block K office of Pak Secretariat in Islamabad. The auction will be conducted on an as-is, where-is basis with no guarantees or warranties regarding the condition or functionality of the equipment.
All prospective bidders must submit a copy of their National Identity Card and refundable security deposit (either as a pay order or bank draft in the name of DDO Pak Secretariat, Block K, Islamabad) before participating in the ePADS 2.0 auction. Successful bidders will be charged a tax rate of 10 percent for filers and 20 percent for non-filers. The auction authority reserves the right to reject any bid without assigning reasons, and all government regulations and policies will apply throughout the process.
Successful bidders must deposit the total bid amount including taxes within seven days of winning and remove the purchased items from the premises, failing which the security deposit will be forfeited.
