Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Government Organization, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Provincial (HQ) is procuring stationery items under reference P87799 for the financial year 2026-27. This is a national-level procurement of goods to be conducted through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement is based in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and encompasses various stationery supplies required for government operations.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents.
