Heavy Industries Taxila, operating under the Supply Chain Management Directorate in Taxila Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of sustenance support FESS refurbishment on a fixed-price, delivery-order basis. The tender notice IT-6005 specifies delivery within six months following contract signature. Eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors and suppliers possessing valid National Tax Number registration and meeting prescribed eligibility criteria are invited to participate in this single-stage, two-envelope procurement process conducted in accordance with PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules.
Bidders must possess valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration certificates, and must submit audited financial statements for the preceding three years, attested bank statements, CNIC copies of the CEO or Director, and a non-blacklisting certificate issued on judicial paper and attested by an oath commissioner. Documentary evidence of contracts executed with government or semi-government organisations within the past three years is required. Distributors and agents must provide proof of trade linkage with the equipment manufacturer. A postal order of Rs. 2,000 must accompany the technical bid, serving as a processing fee paid to the Director, Supply Chain Management Directorate.
