This open framework agreement seeks qualified auto-workshop vendors in Islamabad-Rawalpindi to provide on-demand vehicle and motorcycle repair and maintenance services for one year, renewable once.
The procurement is recurring and relatively small-scale, with services called on an as-needed basis through competitive quotation rounds rather than a fixed lump-sum contract. FBR registration and PPRA enrollment are mandatory entry criteria. Submission is manual (hard copy) only, with a modest Rs. 100,000 bid security; the tight two-week deadline (18 August to 2 September 2026) suggests the government intends rapid award and commencement.
Who can bid: Applicants must be registered with FBR (Active List for Sales Tax and Income Tax) and on PPRA. Blacklisted firms are ineligible. Only workshops in Islamabad or Rawalpindi may apply. Incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected. FBR registration confirms tax compliance and operational standing; PPRA registration ensures eligibility for government procurement under framework agreements.
