Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) invites sealed tenders from pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, importers and their authorized distributors for the supply of medicines and medical items for men during the financial year 2026-27. The tender is issued by the Medical Branch Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), located at Jinnah Courts Building, Dr Zia Ud Din Ahmed Road in Karachi. This is a recurring annual procurement for essential pharmaceutical supplies required to support the operational health requirements of the organization across Sindh province.
Eligible bidders must be registered pharmaceutical entities including manufacturers, importers, and authorized distributors holding proper licensing from relevant pharmaceutical authorities. Bidders are required to submit their tenders in sealed envelopes following a two-stage two-envelope procedure. The tender process will be governed by the Procurement Rules 2004, and Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) retains the right to approve or cancel any tender completely or partially at its discretion.
Interested bidders must obtain the detailed list of required medicines and medical items by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 from the Medical Branch office during office hours between 18 August and 07 September 2026. Sealed tenders must be submitted in the tender box at Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) headquarters before 1530 hours on 07 September 2026, with opening scheduled for 1600 hours the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
