For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Single video conference unit procurement by a provincial education board, valued at approximately PKR 56.75 lakh.
This is a straightforward one-time equipment purchase with a tight submission deadline (2 September 2026). The board specifies this is an eP-only tender with no physical bid submission accepted, which restricts participation to digitally-enabled suppliers. The 120-day rate validity and F.O.R pricing model are standard. Notable requirement is mandatory online bid security transfer through Bank of Punjab collaboration; suppliers without eP registration or online payment capability should register immediately.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state PEC registration, NTN or SECP requirements. Typically, equipment suppliers bidding to public sector organisations in Pakistan must possess valid NTN registration with FBR, be registered with SECP (if a company) or EOBI (if proprietorship/partnership), and have no blacklisting record. Manufacturers or authorised distributors with valid commercial registration are usually acceptable. Bidders must be able to conduct online registration and payments on the eP platform.
