Description / Scope of Work
Government Special Education Centre Shahkot, District Nankana Sahib invites electronic bids for the procurement of uniform items for special students covering both winter and summer seasons in financial year 2026-27. The total estimated cost of procurement is PKR 2,000,000 split equally between two lots: Lot No. 01 for winter uniforms (PKR 1,000,000) and Lot No. 02 for summer uniforms (PKR 1,000,000). The procurement follows PPRA Rules 2014 as amended and is open to Federal Board of Revenue income tax and sales tax registered firms. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the e-procurement portal at https://punjab.ep.gov.pk/ and the PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both income tax and sales tax purposes. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost (PKR 20,000 per lot or PKR 40,000 total) is required and must be submitted as original hard copy CDR in favour of the Headmaster prior to the electronic bid submission deadline. The successful bidder shall deposit a performance guarantee of 8 percent of the contract amount and execute a contract agreement before receiving the supply order. All quoted rates must be in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of all applicable taxes, which will be deducted as per government rules.
Electronic bids must be submitted through the e-procurement portal by 10:00 AM on 4th September 2026, with opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, sizing parameters, delivery terms and standard specifications for uniform items are available on both portals. E-bid validity is six months from publication of the bid evaluation report. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids according to the published evaluation criteria. Interested bidders should download documents and submit bids well in advance to avoid technical delays.
