For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
University seeking consumable carpentry items for FY 2026-27 through national e-bidding.
Scale appears modest, focused on recurring operational supplies rather than capital works. Tight submission window (approximately 15 days from publication) and mandatory e-PADS registration required. Demand draft or bid securing declaration is mandatory. Winning vendor will face integrity pact and performance guarantee obligations. This appears to be a routine institutional procurement with modest complexity.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state registration or licensing requirements. Typically, bidders in Pakistan must be registered with the relevant tax authority (NTN) and chambers of commerce. For goods procurement of this nature, bidders are typically required to have a valid NTN and must not be blacklisted by any government entity. EPADS registration is mandatory for participation.
