Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of PE-100 pipe and transition fittings under tender reference SSGC/LP/EPADS2/PT/2179268 (P84595). This is a goods procurement for FY 2026-27 conducted on the ePADS v2.0 platform using Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement applies standardized bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and shall submit e-bids through the portal with complete documentation as prescribed in the bidding documents.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must meet eligibility criteria outlined in the procurement documents and comply with integrity pacts and performance guarantee requirements. The procurement follows a transparent, competitive process governed by regulatory guidelines issued by the Authority, with evaluation based solely on cost for this category of goods.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before September 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day. Manual bid submission is not entertained.
