Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), the Procurement Office at its Transmission Headquarter in Faisalabad, Punjab, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under reference FST/TE/051/26 with project reference P92740. The procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant regulatory guidelines.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Interested bidders should register themselves on EPADS v2.0 to access the complete procurement package.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 7, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM using EPADS v2.0.
