For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
POF seeks two raw materials: unlined chipboard and spun viscose cloth.
Scale appears modest, with two separate line items suggesting routine procurement rather than large-scale expansion. Bidders must hold current FBR active taxpayer status and dual tax registration—standard compliance hurdles. The September 2026 deadline allows reasonable preparation time. No bid security or performance guarantees are mentioned, suggesting straightforward supply of standardized materials.
Who can bid: Bidders must be active taxpayers on the FBR list, registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Original Manufacturers, Authorized dealers and established Suppliers are eligible. No specific trade license or PEC category is mentioned; typically for material supply, FBR and tax registration suffice.
