This tender seeks miscellaneous aviation spares for a full financial year, procured in batches to suit operational demand.
The scale appears medium to large given annual procurement, though actual order quantities per batch will be reduced. Key note: bidders with pending deliveries from the previous financial year are excluded, and valid Military Intelligence security clearance or depot registration is mandatory—a significant hurdle. The 80% remaining shelf-life requirement and dual-envelope submission process (technical and commercial separated) add procedural complexity. This is likely recurring annual business for qualified aviation supply contractors.
Who can bid: Firms must hold valid NTN certificates and be either registered with Central Aviation Spares Depot or possess current Military Intelligence Directorate security clearance for Army interaction. Bidders must provide non-defaulter and non-blacklisting certificates from Government/Military bodies. No pending deliveries from prior financial year are permitted. Typically, suppliers to Pakistani defence/military aviation also require SECP incorporation and verifiable financial standing equivalent to the bid value.
