Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Works and Civil Engineering (DW&CE), Pakistan Air Force, Chaklala invites sealed tenders for emergency works involving the provision of certain facilities at Pakistan Air Force bases across multiple projects. The tender encompasses fourteen separate work packages designated (a) through (n), with contract values ranging from Rs. 16.922 Million to Rs. 59.616 Million. The total scope spans facilities provision at PAF bases in Punjab province, issued under PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004 for emergency procurement. Projects are located at various PAF installations and require experienced contractors capable of delivering infrastructure development and facility enhancements to military specifications.
Eligibility is restricted to contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories 'A' and 'B' who possess demonstrated experience in similar work executed within the preceding two years. All bidders must certify that they are not engaged in litigation with any government department and that no outstanding inspection or evaluation report exists against them from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). PEC registration is mandatory; unregistered contractors are explicitly ineligible. Contractors must submit complete credentials along with performance reports from previous work, project schedules, and departmental evaluations by the supervising engineer.
Applications for tender document issuance must be submitted before the tender deadline. Sealed tenders must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 1130 hours on 03 September 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. Interested contractors may contact CMES (PAF) Sargodha or an authorized representative for further details and clarifications between 0715 and 1335 hours on working days. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA Rules paragraph 33(1). Tender documents are available upon application and will only be issued to scrutinized contractors meeting field experience and special conditions for the job and area.
