For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a large, multi-item government tender covering training equipment procurement and extensive facility maintenance across diverse disciplines (CBRN, marksmanship, climbing, CQB, accommodation).
The scope suggests annual or recurring work for an established training institution. Bidders should note the 3 September 2026 deadline is tight for sealed submission, validity extends to 30 June 2027 (nine-month window), and the 15% quantity variation clause offers flexibility. Supplier registration and tax compliance are mandatory; this excludes informal traders. The work appears bundled across different trades, suggesting either framework contracting or coordinated procurement to minimize administrative overhead.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) under the General Sales Tax regime and hold valid professional tax or income tax certificates. Typically, suppliers must also be on the relevant vendor roster maintained by the Pakistan military procurement system. No PEC category applies as this is goods/services procurement, not construction. Companies must be formally registered entities with tax filing history.
