Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids for the procurement of plastic moulding compound polycarbonate under reference P81037 for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope format with Least Cost Based Selection methodology in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The bidding process is open to all eligible vendors registered on the EPADS platform, with the procurement managed from the SSGC headquarters in Karachi, Sindh province.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, bank guarantee, or alternatively, a signed bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System to participate. The bidding documents contain detailed specifications, terms, conditions, and all requirements necessary for bid preparation and submission.
E-bidding documents are available online at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/81037 for registered users. Sealed electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, September 4, 2026 at 4:30 PM, with bids opening on the same day at 5:00 PM. Manual bid submissions are not accepted.
