Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Healthcare Commission, an independent regulatory body established under the PHC Act 2010, invites sealed bids for the procurement of photocopiers through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The estimated cost of the procurement is Rs. 2,500,000 including all applicable taxes, with a bid security requirement of Rs. 50,000 (2% of estimated price). This is a single-stage one-envelope bidding process for eligible firms, companies and suppliers engaged in photocopier supplies and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax.
Eligible bidders must be firms, companies or suppliers engaged in photocopier supplies and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities. The bid security of 2% of the estimated price must be submitted or transferred online against the PSID generated by Punjab e-Procurement System, as per directions by PPRA. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 3rd September 2026 at 14:00 hours. Bid validity is 120 days from the opening date.
Bidding documents are immediately available for download from the website of Punjab Healthcare Commission at www.phc.org.pk and from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids will be opened online on 3rd September 2026 at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives.
