Description / Scope of Work
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT) invites bids for construction of civil works comprising concrete platform and chain link fencing enclosure at two TBS Assembly locations in the Mirpurkhas Region of Sindh Province. The project is classified as non-consultancy services and is funded under FY 2026-27 budget allocations, referenced as P95140. This is a national-level open competitive bidding tender using single stage-one envelope procedure with least cost based selection technique, conducted in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration as prescribed in the bidding document. Bidders are required to comply with integrity pact provisions and must demonstrate technical and financial capacity to execute construction works of this scale. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before 12:00 PM on Monday, September 7, 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 12:30 PM the same day.
