Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General of Immigration & Passports, headquartered in Islamabad, invites sealed technical and financial proposals from National Tax Number (NTN) and General Sales Tax (GST) registered companies for the revamping and up-gradation of the parking area at its headquarters in Sector G-8/1, Mauve Area, Islamabad. This infrastructure development project aims to improve parking facilities at the federal immigration authority's main office. Bidding documents can be collected from the Logistics Section during office hours on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 in the form of a pay order, demand draft or banker's cheque drawn in favour of the Directorate General Immigration & Passports. The detailed specifications for the revamping and up-gradation work are provided in Annexure-B of the bidding document.
Eligible bidders must possess valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration Certificate credentials. A fixed bid security amount of Rs. 530,000 is required with each tender submission in the form of a call deposit from any scheduled bank in favour of the Directorate. All taxes shall be charged as per Government Rules. Incomplete proposals or those submitted without the required bid security shall not be entertained. The Directorate General reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all tenders under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2004.
Proposals must reach the undersigned on or before Monday, 7th September, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Technical and financial proposals should be submitted in separate envelopes with the tender reference number clearly marked on each envelope, though both should be placed within a single outer envelope mentioning the quoted lot number. Technical proposals will be opened by the purchase committee on Monday, 7th September, 2026 at 12:00 PM in the conference room, with financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders to be opened on a subsequently announced date and time.
