Description / Scope of Work
The IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO)), the electricity supply authority for the Federal territory, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for procurement of civil works under LOT NO.93-123 with reference P162120. The project is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 with funds reserved from IESCo's development budget. Detailed specifications, work scope, quantities and market rates are provided in the complete bidding documents. The procurement is being conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope approach with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or alternatively a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. The bidding documents contain comprehensive terms and conditions, general and special conditions of contract, performance guarantee requirements, integrity pact provisions, and all necessary procurement forms. Interested contractors should review the eligibility criteria and evaluation procedures outlined in the BDS (Bid Data Sheet).
Bidders must prepare and submit their electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM using the EPADS v2.0 platform.
