For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a medium-scale, three-part procurement for miscellaneous services totaling PKR 15 million across printing, stationery, and software.
The bidding is electronic with tight 30-minute submission-to-opening window; all documentation must be submitted digitally through E-PADS portal. The three categories may be bid separately. This appears to be an annual recurring procurement (financial year 2026-27 designation suggests cyclical nature). Contractors must possess tax registration and relevant dealer/supplier credentials. The 5% bid security requirement is standard.
Who can bid: Bidders must be firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents/dealers/distributors registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax). No PEC category applies as this is services procurement, not construction. Typical requirements for government services contracts include valid NTN, Sales Tax registration, and general trading/business registration.
