Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network) services to 509 Kenal Colony KRL Kahuta under procurement reference P89836. This is a goods procurement funded through FY 2026-27 budget allocation. The tender will be evaluated using Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) platform, available at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/89836. The project location is in Kahuta, Islamabad Capital Territory, within the Federal territory of Pakistan.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents, either in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Bidders are required to meet eligibility criteria as outlined in the tender documentation and comply with all terms and conditions specified in the General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract sections of the bidding documents.
Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the e-Bidding Document instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 10:30 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM using EPADS v2.0.
