Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the procurement of one Apple iPhone 16 Pro (Non-PTA variant, 128GB) and one Apple MacBook Pro 14-inch laptop. The iPhone 16 Pro must feature the A18 chip, 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with 2556×1179 pixel resolution, 48MP dual camera system, 5G connectivity, and USB-C charging with one year local or international warranty. The MacBook Pro must be equipped with Apple M4 Pro chip, 24GB RAM, 1TB SSD storage, Liquid Retina XDR display, up to 18 hours battery life, and active cooling with one year warranty. Both devices are required to be delivered to PSO House in Karachi, Sindh within ten working days of purchase order issuance. All items must be brand new and procured specifically for PSO with evidence provided at delivery.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Income Tax Department and Sales Tax Department with valid registration details. The quoted bid price must include all applicable government taxes. A replacement warranty of seven days from date of claim is mandatory. Bidders found non-compliant with terms and conditions at any stage prior to purchase order award shall be disqualified regardless of bid amount. Penalty clauses apply for delayed delivery at 0.1% daily of undelivered quantity value, capped at maximum 10% of work order value.
