Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Kohat, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids through the electronic procurement system (ePADS) for construction of drinking water supply schemes and sanitation infrastructure across multiple locations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The tender encompasses 31 individual works with a combined estimated cost of approximately PKR 441 million, ranging from small-scale schemes in union councils to major DWSS projects serving multiple bands and villages. Projects include construction of DWSS Bazid Khel, DWSS Manda Khel, DWSS Tulangi Gandyali, DWSS Hassan Banda, New DWSS Chichana, New DWSS Jerma Zara Mela, and multiple sanitation schemes across various administrative divisions. The works are to be executed under the Annual Development Programme (ADP) framework.
Bidders must possess a valid license from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant category and specialization code CE-09, active registration with the Provincial Enlitment Committee and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, and valid Federal Board of Revenue (NTN) registration. Bid security and stamp duty requirements are specified individually for each work item, ranging from PKR 123,000 to PKR 820,000 depending on the estimated project cost. All original bid security instruments must be physically submitted in separate sealed envelopes and retained by the authority until contract execution.
Bid documents can be downloaded from the ePADS portal (kp.erocure.gov.pk) and must be submitted online before 1200 hours on 16 September 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 09 September 2026 at 1400 hours at the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Kohat. Bidders may seek clarification through the ePADS system. The bids will be evaluated according to eligibility criteria detailed in the bidding documents, with all terms and conditions governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
