WASA seeks a twelve-month recurring maintenance contract for three Printronix printer models plus 60 ribbons annually.
Scale is modest but requires specialised technical expertise and proven ten-year track record in these specific machines. The contract includes both services (12 jobs per printer per month for four models) and consumables, indicating integrated vendor responsibility. Tight deadline (7 September 2026) and stringent experience threshold (Rs. 50 million in prior orders) will screen out generalist IT servicers; only authorised Printronix partners or dealers are likely to qualify.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on Punjab E-Procurement with active FBR taxpayer status. Minimum ten years' experience required in repairing and servicing Printronix line printers and supplying genuine ribbons. Evidence of cumulative purchase orders or business totalling at least Rs. 50 million in the previous three years is mandatory. Typically, firms should hold authorisation or dealership from Printronix or an official distributor for parts supply.
