For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a recurring annual supplies contract for stationery, toners, printing and janitorial materials required by a national university campus.
The scope is consumables-focused, suggesting moderate contract value but predictable, ongoing demand. Bidders should note the tight timeline—fewer than three weeks from publication to bid closing—and the mandatory use of the ePADS portal for submission. Prior registration on the system is non-negotiable, so unregistered suppliers must prioritize enrollment.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0. Bidders typically require valid NTN and GST registration if applicable, and should be active suppliers in the relevant category. The notice does not specify PEC category, business size, or past performance thresholds, though institutional suppliers of similar goods are likely preferred.
