Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan invites sealed bids for the procurement of laboratory equipment across multiple departments including Biochemistry, Physics, Zoology and Computer Science under various research projects. The procurement is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Five separate procurement lots are listed with staggered bid submission deadlines on 15 September 2026, covering equipment purchases under NRPU, Dost International Technology Transfer and PMU HED funded projects. The University is located in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered with relevant tax authorities including the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax, and be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) where applicable. All bids must include Bid Security equivalent to 2 percent of the quoted bid cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank of Pakistan. A tender document fee of Rs. 2,000 non-refundable, payable through Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer AWKUM, is mandatory. Submitted prices must remain valid for minimum 180 days and two years warranty is required on all equipment.
Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial Bids through ePADS at www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk by 15 September 2026, with varying submission times between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM depending on the specific lot. Technical bids must include company profile, product brochures or catalogues and undertaking confirming compliance with stated specifications. The Call Deposit Receipt and Demand Draft must be submitted physically to the Procurement Office with scanned copies uploaded on ePADS.
