Description / Scope of Work
AGE (Army) Chhor invites applications from eligible contractors and firms for execution of eight distinct works and supply contracts at Chhor Cantonment, Sindh. The scope includes minor and maintenance works on buildings and roads, direct contracting for building repairs including mud plaster works, electrical supply installation (external and internal), water supply installation (external and internal), and bazaar supply of both building and electrical/mechanical materials. Applications must be submitted within fifteen days of advertisement and will be opened on 11 September 2026 at 1200 hours. The tender notice provides reference number 6004/76/E-6, with the submission deadline set at 1130 hours on the same date. All work is located at Chhor Cantonment in Sindh province. The necessary payment for tender publication has been deposited into PPRA's account number 0454-00-045400-131007-01 as per PPRA rules 2024, with a deposit slip attached to the notice.
Eligible bidders must be firms or contractors enlisted with MES in categories A, B, C, or D for the respective works. Firms and contractors not registered with MES may apply provided they submit a detailed statement of previous experience, specifying works executed during the last two years and those currently in hand on a prescribed proforma. All bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA Rules 2024, Paragraph 33(1). Desirable contractors may be present at the time of tender opening.
