For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Two separate work packages: routine maintenance and repairs at a naval facility in Islamabad, plus furniture supply.
Scale appears small to medium based on asset maintenance scope typical for E-8 Sector operations. MES category enlistment is mandatory—this restricts the bidder pool to contractors already vetted for government military/infrastructure work. The 31 August prequalification deadline followed by 15 September tender opening is tight; ensure PEC registration and all supporting documents are finalized well in advance.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold MES enlistment in category A, B, C, D, or E, or have equivalent government department experience. PEC registration is compulsory. Typically required: GST registration, NTN certificate, ban statement, detailed asset and personnel lists, and machinery inventory documentation.
