For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
PSO seeks 20 high-specification Cisco WiFi 6 access points with 3-year licensing, full integration into existing Catalyst controllers, and 802.1x enterprise authentication.
This is a medium-scale IT infrastructure upgrade with a 12–13 week delivery window post-award. Bidders must hold current Cisco Enterprise Partner status in Pakistan and provide direct OEM verification of product authenticity. The requirement for USD pricing, bank verification of exchange rates, and rigorous OEM cross-checks suggests PSO's procurement is centrally governed and audit-conscious, demanding documentation rigor from vendors.
Who can bid: Bidders must be authorized Cisco Enterprise Partners or distributors in Pakistan, holding valid OEM certificates and manufacturer authorization forms (MAF) from the regional Cisco office. NTN and Sales Tax registration is mandatory. All products must be brand new and directly imported from Cisco for PSO. OEM verification of authenticity is a gate-level requirement; false or manipulated documentation triggers automatic disqualification.
