Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Board, Commercial Wing, Kamra, District Attock, Punjab, invites sealed tenders from sales tax registered firms for two primary procurement packages. The first package covers uplift, renovation and design of the PAC exhibition stall at an unspecified site location, including fabrication and on-site services. The stall requirements include reception counter setup, laminated flooring, decorative plants with planters, display racks for brochures, reception seating (2–3 sets), appropriate LCDs and SMD displays, on-site video provisioning, painting and refurbishment services for exhibits, electrical supply provisioning, branding services, and aircraft display models. The second package involves provisioning of promotional materials and giveaway items including JF-17 and SMK model aircraft, leather bags, PAC gift sets, diaries, caps, collar pins, keychains, pen boxes, ceramic mugs, spiral notebooks, fabric and fiber bags, catalogues, brochures, pamphlets in multiple languages, crests, ladies wallets and bags, Pakistani cultural and heritage items, and fiber packing boxes or other items deemed appropriate per requirements.
Only NTN and GST registered Pakistani companies and firms appearing on the active tax payer list of the Federal Board of Revenue with international footprints and proven field services experience are eligible to participate. Bidders must provide organisational profile demonstrating previous stall buildup experience in reputed exhibitions, details of stall building capability with supporting documentary evidence, human resources and material capacity, proposed project management team with qualifications, and an affidavit confirming the company and associated units have not been blacklisted by any government, semi-government or autonomous body. Bid security of 5 percent of the quoted value must be submitted via bank draft in favour of PAC Revolving Fund Account No. NIDA 03-4 OR 3042491033 at National Bank of Pakistan, PAC Branch, Kamra.
Quotations must be submitted in a single package comprising two separate sealed envelopes containing technical offer (without price) and commercial offer (with firm, final prices inclusive of all taxes) respectively. Both envelopes must clearly mark the tender number, opening date and offer type. Quotations must reach the PAC Board Commercial Wing office at 1030 hours on 14 September 2026; no submissions via photocopy, fax or after the deadline will be accepted. Tender will be opened at 1100 hours the same day. Quotations must remain valid for minimum 60 days after opening. Upon tender acceptance, payment including applicable GST will be released on production of original invoice/bill, professional tax certificate, general sales tax certificate and online tax payer certificate.
