Pakistan Ordnance Factories Supply Chain Management invites competitive bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers for the supply of 8 items of spare parts against tender reference T.E No.0004/FP/TA/56 dated 24-08-2026. The procurement is being conducted by POF located in Wah Cantt, Punjab. Detailed bidding documents containing item-wise specifications, quantities and all terms and conditions are available for download free of cost from the official POF e-bidding portal at www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk or can be collected from the office of the Director Supply Chain Management.
Prospective bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments of Pakistan to be eligible for participation. Bids must be submitted entirely online through the e-bidding portal and must be completed in all respects before the closing date and time. All bidders are required to adhere to the prescribed specifications and conditions outlined in the bidding documents.
Bids must be submitted online on or before 05-10-2026 with a closing time of 1030 hours, after which no submissions will be accepted. Tender opening will take place at 1100 hours on the same date.
