Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab, Lahore, invites competitive bids for the printing and delivery of stationery items across seven separate lots: LOT#1 Printing of Forms, LOT#2 Printing of Deposit Slips, LOT#3 Printing of Books, LOT#4 Printing of Envelopes, LOT#5 Printing of Window Envelopes, LOT#6 Printing of File Covers, and LOT#7 Printing of Forex File Covers. The procurement is conducted under the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) in accordance with PPRA rules using a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Estimated costs range from Rs. 200,000 for LOT#7 to Rs. 12,800,000 for LOT#4, with a combined estimated value of approximately Rs. 27.57 million. Delivery must be made to BACHS, First Floor, Dera Chahal, Bedian Road, Lahore, within the stipulated timeframe after issuance of the purchase order.

A bid security of two percent (2%) of the estimated cost for each lot must be submitted separately via bank guarantee or digital payment using the generated PSID number in favour of The Bank of Punjab on or before the closing date. Bids that fail to comply with specifications, terms, and conditions will be rejected as non-responsive. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM.
Bidders are required to complete Schedule-A (Technical Criteria) and Schedule-B (Price Schedule for all seven lots) in full compliance with the bidding document instructions. Quoted prices must be inclusive of delivery costs to the specified Lahore address and remain valid for ninety (90) days from the bid closing date.
