Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the supply of Rocket Launcher 40mm RPG-7 complete equipment. This is a defence procurement through Bahria Gate, Federal jurisdiction, with tender opening scheduled for 17 September 2026. The tender covers complete rocket launcher systems and related equipment as detailed in the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). Bidders must be familiar with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 (Revised 2024) before participation. Firms must possess requisite technical and financial capability and must be registered or willing to register with DGDP (Directorate General Defence Purchase) to qualify for contract award, which shall be made after security clearance and provision of required registration documents.
Eligibility requires DGDP registration or willingness to register prior to contract award. Bidders must submit a Bank Challan of Rs. 200 (for DGDP registered firms) or Rs. 300 (all other firms) in favour of CMA(DP). The tender is governed by the Contract Act 1872 and Defence Purchase Procedure and Instructions. Bidders should carefully review all tender conditions and specifications before quoting. Non-compliance with tender conditions may result in rejection.
Tenders must be submitted in three sealed envelopes: Sealed Envelope 1 containing the Technical Offer in duplicate with compliance documentation, Sealed Envelope 2 containing Earnest Money only, and Sealed Envelope 3 containing the Commercial Offer with principal invoice and duly filled DP-2 Form.
