Description / Scope of Work
Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur invites electronic bids from reputable transporters, transport service providers, fleet operators, transport companies and firms for hiring of transport services on rental basis under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. The procuring agency welcomes bids from service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments where applicable and possessing relevant experience in providing transport services. The tender is issued under the regulatory framework of the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority and shall be conducted through the EPADS electronic platform.
Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments where applicable and demonstrate relevant experience in transport service provision. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 is required along with a fixed bid security of PKR 2,500,000 (refundable) in the form of a pay order, bank draft, CDR or bank guarantee in favour of Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage. Both the tender fee and bid security must be submitted to the Procurement Officer before the submission deadline. Only electronically qualified bidders will have their financial proposals opened.
E-bidding documents are available for registered bidders on EPADS and the University's official website from August 31, 2026 to September 14, 2026 on any working day. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before September 14, 2026 up to 01:00 PM. Manual bids shall not be accepted. The electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may cancel the bidding process at any time prior to bid acceptance in accordance with SPPRA Rules, 2010 and PPRA Rules.
