: "The Education Works Division Thatta in Thatta, Sindh invites sealed e-Bids from interested contractors and firms for various construction and rehabilitation projects under the Composite Schedule of Rate (CSR) 2024. The scope of work includes the reconstruction of damaged school buildings, provision of missing facilities, and external development works for educational institutions across different talukas including Ghorabari, Mirpur Sakro, and Thatta. These projects are part of the provincial government's initiative to improve educational infrastructure and ensure safe learning environments. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). The procurement is conducted through the EPADS system, and all technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 15 May 2026. A 2% bid security is required, and interested parties can download the complete tender documents from the official Sindh Government and PPRA websites."
